Our food trailer uses only sushi-grade fish and the freshest ingredients for our traditional Hawaiian poke bowls. We choose the finest cuts of sustainable fish from Sayle’s Seafood on a daily basis. Sid Wainer & Son’s, Bartlett’s Farm and Cisco Brewers Farm all provide us with freshly harvested produce for our toppings. Our mission is to encourage happy and healthy lifestyles with affordable high-quality food. Yes, our menu is vegan and vegetarian friendly and gluten free.
