We’re hiring for the 2020 Season!
PREP / LINE COOK:
We are looking for a hard working, fun individual who is passionate about cooking and ready to have a great summer at Cisco Brewery. The position is Full Time starting in May and going into September.
Duties will include; prepping fish, rice and toppings for poke bowls in the morning at our kitchen, assisting with preparing all ingredients for loading into trailer, assisting in the trailer during business hours and occasional catered events.
Required:
- A minimum of 1 year restaurant experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Passionate about customer service and offering a great experience.
- Strong hospitality orientation.
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Health Department rules and regulations. ServSafe certification not required but preferred
- Must have the ability to work varied and flexible hours.
- Experience with ingredient selection and service a plus.
Great pay + cash tips everyday. We also provide a cash bonus if you work through Labor Day.
TEAM MEMBERS:
We’ll be parked at Cisco Brewery everyday and there will occasionally be catered events.
Restaurant experience or interest preferred but not required.
Duties include; Cashier, kitchen backer & help loading/unloading trailer. Other duties will include; garbage removal, disposables stocking, cleaning and other various kitchen duties. You will also be called upon to assist with social media; shooting video/pics and posting.
Great pay + cash tips everyday. We also provide a cash bonus if you work through Labor Day.
DISHWASHER:
We are looking for a part time dishwasher to work everyday from 7pm-9pm (6pm-8pm on Sundays). If you’re looking to pick up some extra cash this summer then this is the perfect job for you. Our kitchen is located at the Boys & Girls Club on Sparks Ave and this is where all work will be done.
Duties include; Hand washing our daily dishes and stocking shelves.
